Here are frequently asked questions to simplify your shopping experience.
ENGRAVING
How much text will fit on my engraved item?
The more text you have, the smaller it will be. If you are unsure, please give us a call. We can advise you on text choices and editing, if necessary.
How many words or letters come free with my engraved item?
There is no set-up fee or per-word/letter charge on most orders. Lengthy text requiring excessive set-up is $10 for every 15 minutes over standard set-up time. In that case we will not continue without your approval.
Is there a charge to engrave my logo?
If we are provided with a clear, crisp image, there is no additional fee to engrave your logo. Email your logo to govipnow@aol.com. If your logo requires clean-up there is an additional fee of $10 per every 15 minutes. We will not proceed without your approval.
What if I want more than one logo on my engraved item?
There is a logo fee of $10 for each additional logo. If necessary, any logo clean-up fees will apply (see previous question).
May I select the fonts used in my engraved item?
If we have the font that you would like used, we will be happy to comply. If we don't have it, we will request your approval to use a substitute font that closely resembles the font you prefer. Please provide an example if possible. Most customers allow us to use our expertise to select a font that suits your item and the occasion for which it is intended.
DESIGN & ARTWORK
Is there a limit to the amount of colors I can have in my item?
No way! When we say full-color sublimation, we mean full-color!
Is there a charge per color?
Again...no way! We love color; it's what makes life beautiful.
Can you design the award for me?
That's what we are here for!
I have an idea of what I want. What will it cost to design it?
There is no art fee if it is possible to create what you want in a reasonable timeframe. If research and extensive design is necessary, the art fee is $10 per every 15 minutes.
I already have the design. In what format do you accept artwork?
Please make sure your design is clean and crisp. We prefer EPS or JPG files. Email designs and artwork to govipnow@aol.com. Please do not send artwork in Word documents. If digital clean-up is necessary there is an art fee of $10 per every 15 minutes. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with clean-up.
